Return & Exchange Policy:

While we strive for perfection in every product we create, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Contact Us page with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are ineligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days, while exchanges will be processed promptly to ensure you receive your desired item as soon as possible.
